Overview: Responsible for supplying 5-Star service to the VIP members of The Player’s Club during events.
- Manages The Player’s Club guest experience.
- Greets and welcomes the VIP Members as they enter The Player’s Club; assists with coat checks if necessary.
- Mixes and mingles with members throughout the events in The Player’s Club, looking for ways to enhance and improve the VIP experience.
- Serves as a liason between VIP Members and Management.
- Builds a rapport with Player’s Club members and frequent guests.
- Works with Levy’s management to ensure members and their guests experiences in The Player’s Club are 5-Star quality.
- Monitors bathroom conditions in The Player’s Club and works with maintenance to ensure that high standards are met.
- Ensures that game programs and notes are available for members.
- Works with Levy to create special theme nights in The Player’s Club to create excitement.
- Continually strives for new ways to enhance the VIP experience and 5-Star service.
- Related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma
- Must possess excellent communication skills, by being articulate, expressive and clear.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
