CRM Specialist

Overview: The CRM Specialist will manage the day-to-day database activities of the Capitals, Wizards, Mystics and Verizon Center.  Primary responsibilities include working with team and venue sales and marketing departments in executing revenue-generating campaigns, implementing and managing lead generation programs to drive database growth, and analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing campaigns. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for growing and developing the current Salesforce CRM platform including object development, system integration and user adoption.
